Spencer Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Spencer began their career as the Founder of PowerWashing Pros during their high school years, where they managed a team and provided cleaning, resurfacing, and staining services for decks and patios.

Afterwards, they worked as an Intern at ProJuris LLC before joining Brightpoint as a Sustainability Intern. At Brightpoint, they led a committee to develop and implement sustainable growth strategies for the company.

Spencer then became a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame while pursuing their education. Following that, they served as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington.

Spencer's professional accounting career began at Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit Intern. Spencer later became an Audit Associate and then an Audit Senior Associate, where they worked with various clients, including publicly traded companies. Spencer led their team in onboarding new clients, coordinating Sox 404 testing, reviewing 10-Qs, and conducting audits of 10-Ks.

Currently, Spencer is employed at Rush Street Gaming, LLC. Spencer started as a Senior Accountant and eventually became the Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting. Presently, they hold the position of Director of Finance and Accounting.

Spencer Osborne has a strong educational background in the field of business and accounting. Spencer first attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on accounting. Following this, they pursued further education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in accounting from 2011 to 2012. In 2009, they also earned an International Business Certificate from The University of Notre Dame Australia, further demonstrating their commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in the business field.
