Janine Wraight

Janine Wraight has extensive experience in investigations, particularly in public sector fraud and corruption. Currently serving as a Corporate Investigations Officer at Rushmoor Borough Council since August 2005, Janine is responsible for conducting investigations into civil and criminal offences while also protecting the public purse. Janine has previously worked as an Investigation Officer focusing on Benefit Fraud and has held the position of Branch Secretary for the NEHants Branch of UNISON since 2012, where Janine trained in Employment Law and addressed grievance and disciplinary matters. Additionally, Janine is a member of the Local Authority Investigation Officer Group since 2003 and has prior experience as an Investigation Officer at Hart District Council, as well as a background in benefits administration at Thanet District Council. Janine's career began in 1975 at Hubert Wilson Ltd, transitioning from International Library Supply to management roles. Janine's educational background includes training at Thanet Technical College and Charles Dickens High School.
