Andrew Garbarino

Andrew Garbarino is a legal professional with extensive experience in criminal law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, PC since May 2013, Andrew represents businesses and individuals in various criminal investigations and proceedings while also advising professional licensees on legal obligations. Previously, Andrew was the Principal at the Law Offices of Andrew T. Garbarino from January 2012 to April 2013, and served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office from May 2007 to December 2011, where prosecution included a range of criminal cases and responsibilities for misdemeanor arrests in the City of Glen Cove. Andrew began legal career as an Associate at Weiss & Zarett from 2005 to 2007.
