James Tsuei

James Tsuei is a Partner at Russ, August & Kabat since April 2018, with prior experience as an Associate at Durie Tangri LLP from September 2015 to March 2018 and at Quinn Emanuel from September 2012 to August 2015. James began legal career as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California in the summer of 2010. In earlier roles, James served as a Computer Skills Teacher at Chrysalis Enterprises and interned at the California State Assembly. Educational background includes a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, completed in 2012, and a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA.
