Danielle Porter has a diverse work experience in human resources and education. Danielle currently serves as the HR Director - US at Russel Metals since 2022. Additionally, they held the position of HR Superintendent at Nyrstar from 2012 to 2014, overseeing HR practices and procedures for multiple mine site locations.

Danielle Porter attended The University of Memphis from 1987 to 1992, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership.
