Andrew Stigant boasts extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as an NVI Sales Representative at Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment and Russell Food Equipment since August 2013. Prior to these roles, Andrew was the Executive Chef at Crown Isle Resort from January 2010 to January 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple dining outlets and enhancing menu organization. From January 2007 to January 2010, Andrew held the position of Executive Chef at Anderton Bistro, contributing to the renovation and optimization of the restaurant's kitchen. Educational credentials include a Red Seal degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained between 1991 and 1994, and a culinary course from Vancouver Island University completed in 1991.
