Bradley Aburn

Bradley is a Senior Associate in the Public, Regulatory and Competition team specialising in competition and consumer law. Bradley has extensive experience in advising clients on competition investigations, joint ventures, competitor collaborations, merger control approvals, exclusive supply/distribution arrangements, and market power issues in New Zealand, the UK and the EU. Clients particularly commend Brad for providing "timely, relevant and pragmatic advice" that is "commercial and demonstrates a good understanding of not only the law but also our business".

Bradley returned to Russell McVeagh in 2019 after over five years working at Slaughter and May in both its London and Brussels offices.
