Clare Metcalf

Clare Metcalf is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since August 2013, Clare previously held the position of Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International from April 2000 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, Clare was Director of Ecommerce and Strategy Director at Sears from January 1996 to 2000 and worked as a Manager at A.T. Kearney from September 1994 to January 1996. Clare holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
