Juergen Vanselow

Juergen Vanselow has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Juergen is currently serving as the Managing Director and Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates since January 2017. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Luxempart S.A., an investment company listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, from April 2017 onwards.

Between 1995 and October 2016, Vanselow worked as a Senior Partner at Egon Zehnder where they specialized in Private Equity and Financial Services. Juergen also held the position of Vice President in Private Equity and Merchant Banking at Deutsche Handelsbank AG from 1993 to 1995.

Before that, from 1987 to 1992, they worked as an Associate in the Corporate Finance Practice at Booz Allen Hamilton in the Booz Allen Acquisition Services division.

Juergen Vanselow completed their education in various prestigious institutions. In 1981, they began working as a trainee at Degussa AG, where they obtained certification as a Certified Industriekaufmann from the German Chamber of Commerce (IHK) in 1983. Later, from 1984 to 1987, they attended ESCP Business School, where they earned an MBA / Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration. Finally, in 1999, they enrolled at Harvard Business School for a brief period and completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) in Business Administration.
