Lizzy Klumpp

Lizzy Klumpp has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2015, Lizzy worked as an Intern at The River School for a few months. In the same year, they also served as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University.

In 2016, Lizzy joined Incandescent, where they worked for over a year.

In 2017, they started their tenure at Korn Ferry as a Research Associate and later transitioned into the role of Associate Consultant, focusing on Assessment and Succession. Lizzy stayed with the company until 2021.

In 2021, Lizzy joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Consultant, contributing to product development. Lizzy then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst, Digital Products in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Product Lead.

Lizzy Klumpp obtained their Master's degree in Integrated Innovation for Products and Services from Carnegie Mellon University, studying from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Georgetown University, attending from 2013 to 2016. In 2014, they briefly studied Psychology at the University of Sydney. Lizzy also holds additional certifications, including the Google UX Design Professional Certificate obtained in December 2021 and the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM obtained in August 2020.
