Nicolle Connor

Nicolle Connor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicolle started their career as an Intern at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General in 2014, where they served as a Health Advocacy Specialist. After their internship, they worked as an Executive Secretary at Johns Hopkins Medicine from November 2014 to May 2016. Nicolle then transitioned to the role of Management Analyst from June 2016 to March 2018 and subsequently became a Business Services Analyst from April 2018 to June 2019. During this time, they also served as an Interim Administrator at Johns Hopkins Medicine's Department of Surgery at Bayview Medical Center from June 2019 to August 2019.

In August 2019, Nicolle joined Emory Healthcare as a Senior Manager, focusing on Network and Product Development. Nicolle held this position until May 2022.

In May 2022, Nicolle moved to Russell Reynolds Associates, where they initially worked as a Research Consultant. In March 2023, they were promoted to the position of a Research Consultant and Managing Lead, a role they held until June 2023. Currently, they serve as the Research Director and Managing Lead of Healthcare Services at Russell Reynolds Associates, starting in July 2023.

Nicolle Connor's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Care Management from the University of Baltimore. Nicolle also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition to their formal education, Nicolle has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2017.
