At Mastercard, they played a crucial role in implementing a global HiPo leadership development program and piloting an AI-based HR platform. Pamela joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2020 as a Talent Senior Manager for London, Amsterdam, and Brussels (LAB) and stayed there until 2023.
