Rhys Grossman

Rhys Grossman co-leads the firm’s Consumer Sector and Consumer Digital and Media Practice. He is also a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners. Leveraging a background in media and technology, Rhys advises FTSE organizations on talent and innovation, with a particular emphasis on recruiting and assessing high-impact digital leaders. He also works closely with private equity and venture capital firms to recruit senior leaders for their portfolio companies. Rhys is based in London.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rhys worked for Inflexion Private Equity as an executive across portfolio investments in media and technology. Earlier, he worked for ITV in a variety of roles spanning strategy, programming, marketing and digital services. Rhys began his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rhys received his BA in philosophy, politics and economics from Keble College, Oxford University. He is the Chair of the Prince’s Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group.
