Greg Sikora has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Greg currently holds the position of President at Russell Co., based in Kansas City, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Black & Veatch from 2017 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Construction for Data Center / Mission Critical Facility Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for construction and design-build projects for mission-critical data centers worldwide. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, Greg worked as the Vice President for the Midwest Region at Brinkmann Constructors. Greg began their career at The Weitz Company in 1990, where they held various senior roles such as Vice President, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Field Superintendent, and Project Engineer. During their time at The Weitz Company, Greg was responsible for executing projects, ensuring profitability and timely delivery, and recruiting and developing high-performing teams. Additionally, they were involved in business development and was responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and customer service standards. In 2011, Greg also participated in the Centurions Leadership Program as a Centurion from 2011 to 2013.
From 1984 to 1989, Greg Sikora studied at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management.
