Mitchell Herron

Mitchell Herron has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mitchell started their career as a Delivery Driver at Jimmy John's in 2012 and then worked as a County Highway Worker at Fond du Lac County Highway Department from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they joined JP Cullen as a Site Engineer, where they gained comprehensive experience in project management and engineering tasks such as estimating, contract negotiations, material ordering, progress tracking, subcontractor coordination, and financial analysis. Mitchell also developed proficiency in various software programs used in the construction industry. In 2019, Mitchell joined Russell as a Project Engineer before being promoted to Project Manager in May 2022. Mitchell is currently responsible for project management and leadership, overseeing the successful execution of construction projects. Additionally, Mitchell has served as a Combat Engineer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard from 2014 to 2021.

Mitchell Herron obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Mitchell attended the university from 2013 to 2018. In August 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Procore Certified Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies.
