Scott Sibley

Scott Sibley has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Scott started their career with Sjostrom and Sons, Inc. in 2008, where they worked as a Project Superintendent. In this role, they were responsible for managing the execution of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects from start to finish. Scott assisted in preconstruction activities, developed project scopes, and accurately projected construction activities for scheduling purposes.

In 2012, Scott transitioned to the role of Project Manager/Estimator at Sjostrom and Sons, Inc. Here, they managed all aspects of commercial construction projects and provided overall leadership direction for new construction and renovation projects. Scott'sresponsibilities included leading the project team, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols, building positive relationships with industry partners, creatively problem-solving, executing subcontracts and purchase orders, and creating and executing project schedules.

In 2017, Scott joined Russell Co. as a Project Manager. Scott continued to showcase their expertise in managing construction projects and maintaining customer satisfaction. Scott'srole involved overseeing project profitability, providing monthly cost projection reports, reviewing and approving monthly billings, coordinating project material deliveries, and strengthening customer relationships.

In 2019, Scott was promoted to the position of Sr Project Manager at Russell Co. Scott took on additional responsibilities in leading and managing projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Scott Sibley has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration and management as well as construction engineering. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Ambrose University, completing their studies in 2021. Prior to that, Scott obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sauk Valley Community College, which they completed in 2018.

In addition to their business-related education, Scott also holds a Certificate in Commercial Carpentry from the Joint Apprenticeship Training Center, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001. Before pursuing their degree in business, Scott attended the Morrison Institute of Technology, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Construction Engineering, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.

Scott has also obtained a certification as a Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies in May 2017.
