Jenny Shepherd

Jenny Shepherd holds an MBA in Public Sector Management from the University of Stirling and has extensive experience in operational and quality assurance roles. Currently serving as Production Manager and previously as Operations Assistant at Russwood since July 2016, Jenny has also held key positions such as Service Improvement Manager at Glasgow Housing Association and Assurance Officer at both Glasgow Housing Association and Wheatley Group. Notable contributions include performance improvement initiatives, risk management support, and the delivery of self-assessment frameworks. Additional experience includes role as Quality Advisor at West Lothian Council and Training Administrator at Quality Scotland, focusing on quality frameworks and customer service excellence.
