Kitura George has held various roles in the professional world since 2003. Kitura began their career at Elan Events as an Events Coordinator in 2003. In 2004, they moved to Wasatch Development Associates as an Assistant Selections Coordinator. In 2007, Kitura George joined the American Cancer Society as a Lead Community Relationship Manager, where they managed www.relayforlifeofpuyallup.org and www. In 2010, they began working at Rusty George Creative as Operations.

Kitura George attended Central Washington University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a BS in Tourism Management with a field of study in Tourism Management and Family Studies.
