Mattias Nicolas currently holds the position of Chef d’équipe de production at Rutabago - Box à cuisiner 100% BIO since January 2020, managing a team of 10 to 15 individuals and overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards while maintaining product quality.
