Catarina Caulfield

As an Industry Developer, Catarina works to identify key employers and alumni, collaborate with them on their recruitment and engagement strategy and create meaningful opportunities for RU students and alumni.

Before joining Career Exploration and Success, Catarina spent 8 years with Hollinger Jobs, an Executive Search & Recruitment firm, where she worked to match top talent with employers in the insurance industry. During her time with Hollinger Jobs, she served as a Customer Service Rep, Insurance Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter.

Catarina is a proud Rutgers University alumna, holding a Bachelor's Degree with concentrations in Portuguese, Economics, and Labor Studies and a Master's Degree in Labor and Employment Relations.
