Deidra Zussman

Deidra Zussman has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Deidra began their career at Aish HaTorah, where they served as the Assistant Coordinator for their annual fundraiser gala dinner. Deidra then worked as a Campus Engagement Professional at Jewish Experience of Madison before transitioning to the role of Website Coordinator at AfricaGems.com. Deidra then joined Etz Chaim Center as the Director of Women's Programming, where they focused on event planning, programming, community building, and donor management. At The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, they worked as a Development Associate and later as an Israel Engagement Associate, creating educational opportunities and fostering connections between Baltimore students and those in Ashkelon, Israel. Deidra then joined Southern NCSY as the Director of Community Engagement, and currently, they are working at Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services as the Associate Vice President of Grants Management. Overall, Deidra has a strong background in grant management, development, event planning, and community engagement.

Deidra Zussman pursued their education from 2004 to 2007 at the University of Pittsburgh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Religious Studies.
