Andrew Merry

Andrew Merry has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as the Head of Finance at Rutland County Council since July 2014. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions as Finance Manager - Technical and Financial Accounting Manager, as well as Senior Capital Accountant at Peterborough City Council from May 2007 to June 2014. Andrew achieved a degree in Accounting from CIPFA between 2010 and 2014.
