Andrea O’Neil

Andi began her career in 1986 serving as Controller for Village Lumber & Hardware Co., Inc. in Westborough, MA. For over 10 years she reported directly to the president/CEO and was responsible for managing, supervising, and maintaining all facets of business operations involving financial and accounting related tasks.

Since then, Andi was the Accounting Manager for The Motorlease Corporation in Farmington, CT and then went on to Citigroup N.A. HR & Employee Services as Senior Financial Analyst and Control Team Manager. Prior to joining RutterKey, she was at Women’s Health USA as a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst.

In 2016, Andi joined the RutterKey team and has played an instrumental role in day-to-day operations, tracking and reporting BA consulting hours and expenses, as well as billing clients, handling HR responsibilities, and serving as the communications liaison between home office activities and the remote staff in the field.
