Graham Mcleod has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1998. Graham began their career as an Account Exec at Unison Communications (Pty) Ltd in 1998. In 2006, they were appointed Business Unit Manager at Siemens, where they were responsible for providing pre-sales support and building a high-performing multi-departmental team. In 2009, they became the Group CIO at Austell Laboratories, where they implemented a new Contact Centre and oversaw the creation of site-wide IT policies and procedures. From 2011 to 2014, they were Manager of the Call Centre Focus Team at Nashua Communications (Pty) Ltd, where they revitalized a failing market share and generated revenue of R20M annually. In 2020, they joined Ruvos as the Chief Information Officer and Manager of Customer Support. In this role, they are a key member of the senior leadership team, and is responsible for maintaining oversight of the technical teams.
Graham Mcleod attended Jeugland Hoerskool from 1986 to 1990, where they earned their Matric in the Academic school field. Graham then attended the University of Johannesburg from 1990 to 1992 and obtained a degree in Industrial Electronics in the Electronics field.
