Kim Howard is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director for the Mountain West & Pacific Regions at Blue Compass RV since January 2022, Kim previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc., where responsibilities included employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness across six states. Prior experience includes significant roles at Movie Gallery, where Kim served as Sr. Director of Human Resources, and at Hollywood Entertainment, overseeing litigation management. Kim's career began as a Litigation Paralegal, focusing on labor and employment law, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal compliance and employee relations. Key achievements include the successful staffing and opening of over 25 new stores and winning the Field HR CEO award in 2014.
