Thais Fernandes

Thais Fernandes is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in both Brazilian and international law. Currently serving as an Attorney At Law at RVC Sociedade de Advogados since April 2023, Thais has previously held the position of Foreign Associate at YOUJIN LAW GROUP PLLC from July 2020 to June 2021. Thais is licensed in Brazil by OAB and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Iowa College of Law between August 2018 and May 2020, where Thais also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant focusing on Foreign and International Law. Earlier legal experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados and as an Attorney At Law at Xavier, Duque-Estrada, Emery, Denardi Advogados.
