Karina Arroyo

Karina Arroyo is an experienced professional in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as the Fellowship Program Coordinator II at RVC since January 2024, Karina previously held roles at Open Arms Perinatal Services, including Donor Relations Associate and Family Connector, where the focus was on supporting the Spanish-speaking community. Prior experience includes serving as Bilingual Program Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, Procurement Coordinator at El Centro de la Raza, and roles at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and Starbucks. Karina's academic background includes a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies, both from Seattle University.
