Garett Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of design. garett started their career at toddland in 2010 as a Design and Production Assistant, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined JetPilot as a Designer for a period of 7 months. Later that year, they joined RVCA as a Graphic Designer, and is currently employed there.

Garett Marshall attended California State University San Marcos from 2007 to 2008, but did not receive a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during this time. Following that, they attended Orange Coast College from 2008 to 2011 and pursued a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
