Rosa Vroegindeweij

Rosa Vroegindeweij's work experience begins in 2010 with various part-time jobs in the hospitality industry. From 2015 to 2017, they completed diverse HR internships at Pon IT, where they reorganized and implemented performance management policies. In 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Solid Professionals, focusing on finance, risk, and actuariaat traineeships. In the same year, they took a sabbatical in Asia. From 2018 to 2019, Rosa worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant, responsible for employer branding and campus recruitment at a startup. Rosa then joined The Hup in 2019 as a Corporate Recruiter, onboarding all 5 subsidiaries and leading the Great Place to Work team. From 2021 to 2022, they were promoted to HR Business Manager, overseeing talent development, performance management, and the restructuring of the office. Currently, Rosa works as a People & Culture Consultant at Rvdb, where they assist clients with HR matters.

Rosa Vroegindeweij pursued their education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Human Resource Management. During their time there, they obtained their bachelor's degree in HRM and also completed additional certifications. Rosa obtained a certification in Philosophy from Hogeschool Utrecht in May 2017. In December 2016, they obtained a certification in Inspirational Leadership from Hogeschool Utrecht. Rosa also obtained a certification in Business English Advanced from EF Education First in January 2015. Prior to their university studies, Rosa received their HAVO diploma from Stichting Montessori Lyceum Herman Jordan in August 2013.
