Susan Groenewegen

Susan Groenewegen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Susan is currently working as an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, where they are involved in a variety of HR projects and tasks. Previously, they worked as a Programme Management & Execution Officer a.i. at Vanderlande.

Susan also has marketing experience, having worked at Building Blocks as a Marketeer, where they supported the marketing department with lead generation activities, lead info workflows, and content creation. Susan also worked as a Recruitment Officer, responsible for various recruitment tasks including campus recruitment.

Furthermore, Susan worked as a Marketeer at Consuminded, a community for marketing and e-commerce professionals, where they focused on customer experience, data, and personalization.

Prior to that, Susan gained experience in student consultancy as an HR and Project Manager at UniPartners Tilburg. Susan was responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of student consultants, board members, and committee members.

Susan also has retail experience as a Verkoopmedewerker at Bakkerij Gommans B.V., where they were responsible for sales, customer service, and complaint handling.

In addition, Susan has experience in education as a Managing Tutor at TopTutors, where they established a tutoring network within Dendron College and managed the tutor team.

Susan also gained HR experience as an intern at Mutsaersstichting, where they conducted interviews, literature research, and prepared an advisory report on the topic of "Gezond Roosteren" within the healthcare sector.

Susan's earliest work experience was as an Allroundmedewerkster at Westburg BV, where they worked from 2012 to 2018.

Susan Groenewegen has a diverse education history. Susan started their academic journey at Dendron College, where they obtained their Havo degree in Economie en Maatschappij. After completing their secondary education, Susan attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerciële Economie - International Marketing and Management. Susan successfully obtained their Bachelor's degree, including a Propedeuse, in September 2017.

Seeking further knowledge and specialization, Susan joined Tilburg University in 2017 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Personeelwetenschappen, also known as Human Resource Studies. Susan completed their Bachelor's degree program successfully in 2020 and later received an additional certification as a "WO Bachelor Human Resource Studies" from Tilburg University in July 2020.

Determined to broaden their understanding of organizational studies, Susan pursued a Minor degree in Organization Studies at Tilburg University from 2019 to 2020.

However, Susan's thirst for knowledge did not stop there. Susan decided to continue their education at Tilburg University by enrolling in the Master's degree program in Human Resource Studies, which they started in 2021. Susan is expected to complete their Master's degree program by 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Susan has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Susan obtained a certification in Project Management from Kenneth Smit in January 2021 and another certification in Consultative Selling from the same institution in August 2020. Furthermore, Susan is due to receive the WO Master Human Resource Studies certification from Tilburg University in January 2023.
