Jay Young

Jay Young has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Jay started their career in 1987 as an Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Air Force, where they worked for 25 years until 2012. Jay then joined RAF Reserves as a Human factors flight safety occurrence investigator from 2012 to 2015. After that, Jay worked at Serco as an Aviation Safety and Quality Manager from 2015 to 2016. Jay then moved to Affinity Flying Training Services Limited, where they held different roles, including Senior Quality Engineer from October 2016 to June 2017, and Safety and Compliance Manager from June 2017 to April 2021. From April 2021 to November 2022, Jay worked at ASL Airlines UK as a Compliance Monitoring Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Safety and Compliance at RVL Aviation, starting from November 2022.

Jay Young attended The Open University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. No further information regarding the start year, end year, or any other educational experiences is provided.
