Irene Sustar

Irene Sustar is a skilled Senior Product Designer at RVshare since September 2021, bringing a strong background in user experience and design. Previously, Irene worked as a User Experience Designer at eoStar from August 2020 to September 2021 and as a UX/UI Designer at Niiti for a brief period in 2020. Irene's experience includes a significant role as Customer Experience Manager at Spike Brewing, where contributions helped the company achieve a 1200% growth during employment and recognition on the Inc 500 list in 2019. Irene also held the position of Production Manager at Spike Brewing and co-founded Jackal Paper Co, specializing in screen printing. An internship at The Green Gallery provided early experience managing operations and supporting art installations. Irene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and completed a program at General Assembly between October 2019 and December 2020.
