Cathy Koster

Cathy Koster is a skilled Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in corporate HR responsibilities across multiple organizations. Currently at RWC Group, Cathy has been engaged in onboarding, benefits management, safety, and payroll support since June 2022. Previously, at SAF-HOLLAND Inc., Cathy played a key role in the administrative establishment of a new Aftermarket Distribution Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Cathy's background also includes serving as an HR Generalist at Mercury Systems, supporting over 300 employees in multiple locations, and as an HR Representative at Microsemi Corporation, where responsibilities spanned site HR management during several acquisitions. Cathy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in HR from Park University.
