John Martin

John Martin has extensive experience in project management and digital production. John started their career as a Freelance Senior Producer at The Monkeys in 2014 before moving on to roles such as Senior Project Manager at AKQA from 2015 to 2020. At AKQA, they delivered various projects and managed project health and communication with clients and internal leadership.

After leaving AKQA, John worked as a Senior Digital Producer at The Works, where they set up and implemented a Wordpress Content Hub and created an event page for live Q&A events. John also had freelance roles as a Senior Technical Project Manager at CHE Proximity in 2020 and as a Freelance Senior Producer at B.B.E (BBE Creative) from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, John joined Merkle ANZ as a Senior Project Manager before moving to CHE Proximity as a Freelance Senior Technical Project Manager later that year. Finally, in 2022, they joined R\West as a Senior Digital Producer.

John Martin has a Bachelor of Communications degree in Advertising/Marketing Communications from the University of Canberra, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma of Business in Advertising at the Canberra Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2004. In addition, John has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
