Rob Stafford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and social care transformation. Currently serving as Client Partner - Operational Transformation at RwHealth since March 2020, Rob Stafford focuses on helping clients optimize care delivery while maximizing return on investment through innovation and sustained improvement. Prior to this role, Rob Stafford co-founded SSG Health, where from April 2009 to February 2020, expertise was leveraged to assist NHS organizations with transitions, transformations, and operational improvements. Rob Stafford holds an ACA qualification from Big 4 Consultancy and a B.Soc.Sc in Economics & Economic History from Birmingham University, with additional studies at London Business School.
