Al Torres

Al Torres is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Human Resources at RWJBarnabas Health, Al Torres is also the Chief Human Resources Officer for Clara Maass Medical Center. Prior to this, Al Torres held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Metro-North Railroad for a brief tenure and spent over a decade at Verizon, where Al Torres progressed through several key roles, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Global Talent Management, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and diversity strategies. Al Torres earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
