Jill Balcerzak

Jill Balcerzak has extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector, currently serving as Vice President of Global Solutions at RWS since 2017, where Jill leads a specialized team to develop innovative language solutions. Previously, Jill held the position of Vice President of Life Science Operations at RWS, managing operations focused on revenue growth and customer-driven solutions. Prior to RWS, Jill worked at Corporate Translations, Inc. from 2005 to 2017, first as Senior Director of Life Sciences and then as Director of Organizational Development and Quality, overseeing operations and strategic direction within the Life Sciences business unit. Jill's earlier career includes roles as Marketing Manager at Telus Mobility, where Jill managed marketing communications, and Account Manager at TAXI, where Jill oversaw advertising for Telus. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
