Tibor Stoj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tibor started their career in 1995 at Harris Controls, where they worked as a software developer, hardware engineer, and project manager. During their time at Harris Controls, they focused on developing and commissioning SCADA-based systems for the power generation and distribution industry. Tibor also played a key role in developing implementations of various open standard protocols.

In 1997, Tibor joined SKM as a consultant and project manager. Tibor worked on different projects and gained valuable experience in managing and overseeing their successful completion.

In 1998, Tibor moved on to work at Intellect as a software developer. Tibor contributed to various projects during their time at Intellect.

From 2000 to 2005, Tibor worked at ERG Transit Systems as an architect, software developer, and team lead. Tibor played a crucial role in developing a public transport ticketing system that was used in Hong Kong, San Francisco, and Berlin. Additionally, they were responsible for reviewing new technologies and managing their implementation.

In 2005, Tibor joined Symbian, a pioneer in smartphone operating system technology. Tibor worked as a senior software engineer and system analyst, focusing on identifying and fixing network stack issues to support newer 4G technology.

In 2008, Tibor joined City Index, where they held the position of senior software developer and system analyst. Tibor was involved in developing a derivatives trading platform, as well as web services for third-party use.

Finally, from 2009 to the present, Tibor has been working at Racing and Wagering WA as a team lead and senior software developer. Tibor has been responsible for leading Agile Kanban and Scrum teams and has played a crucial role in full-stack development of performance-critical customer-facing betting platforms.

Tibor Stoj completed their bachelor's degree in computer systems with honors from Curtin University, specializing in computer engineering, between the years 1990 and 1994.
