Makia Newsome

Makia Newsome has worked in various positions throughout their career. Makia began their work experience in 2016 as a Customer Service Specialist at SBD Diabetic Supplies Inc. In this role, they provided customer service support to clients.

In 2017, Makia joined RxBenefits, Inc. as a Member Services Associate. Makia served as a point of contact for members, assisting them with any queries or concerns. Makia held this position until August 2018 when they transitioned to the role of Client Services Associate. As a Client Services Associate, they worked closely with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that arose.

In June 2019, Makia took on the role of Benefits Administration Specialist at RxBenefits, Inc. Makia focused on providing efficient and accurate benefits administration services to clients. After serving in this role for over two years, they recently transitioned to the position of Market Development Representative. In this current role, their responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling meetings with the Business Development Executive.

Throughout their work experience, Makia has developed strong customer service and client relationship management skills, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Makia Newsome attended Highlands College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Certification in Children's Ministry and Leadership. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in Google AdWords. Then, in 2020, Makia enrolled in IAP Career College for a short period of time, studying Life Coach.
