Melissa Brown

Melissa Brown has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Melissa is currently working as a Pharmacy Financial Performance Analyst at RxBenefits, Inc. since September 2019. Before that, they worked at Express Scripts as a Senior Financial Analyst from October 2007 to October 2013. Prior to their role at Express Scripts, Melissa worked at Medco as a Staff Accountant from June 2005 to October 2007. During their time at Medco, they were promoted from an associate accountant to a staff accountant. Melissa was responsible for various accounting tasks such as monthly close procedures, financial analysis and reporting, conversion of analysis to Essbase, preparation of operations review packages, development of comprehensive analysis, creation of standard operating procedures, and filing of journal entries. Melissa also managed copay bank reconciliations and resolved issues in a timely manner.

Melissa Brown received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, Melissa pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University, specializing in Pharmaceutical Management. Melissa completed their MBA from 2007 to 2010.
