Ryan Henry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan began their career as a Customer Service Associate at The Home Depot in 2008. Ryan then worked as a Customer Service Representative at AppleOne in 2009 before becoming a Member Services CPhT at Catamaran from 2010 to 2012. Ryan then transitioned to a role as a Production Manager at MGR Graphics in 2013. Ryan also worked as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Ryan joined UnitedHealth Group as a PCA Southwest Medical, before being promoted to a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician. Ryan left the company in 2017 to join Optum as a Clinical Client Specialist and later as a Client Service Analyst. Ryan's next role was as a Senior Business Process Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, where they worked from 2021 to 2022.

Most recently, Ryan joined RxBenefits, Inc. as a Client Account Manager in 2022. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated skills in customer service, client account management, and pharmaceutical services, among others.

Ryan Henry has a diverse education history. In 2021, they enrolled in Capella University where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Ryan attended the College of Southern Nevada and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. Before their time at the College of Southern Nevada, from 2004 to 2011, Ryan studied at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan has also earned several certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the Approaches to Studying Religions (REL1001) certification from Sophia Learning. In April 2015, Ryan achieved the Computing Fundamentals, IC3 Digital Literacy Certification, Key Applications, and Living Online certifications from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business. Lastly, in May 2011, Ryan obtained the Certified Pharmacy Technician certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
