Bill Roy

Bill Roy is an accomplished professional in the field of packaging design and product development, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at RXDco since July 2023. With a strong background in leading cross-functional teams, Bill has been instrumental in aligning consumer needs with business objectives, particularly in innovative packaging solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Global Manager of Recycled Products at TerraCycle, where Bill oversaw developments in recycled products and enhanced strategic alignments with senior leadership. Bill previously contributed to the Loop brand's launch as Manager of Product Development and R&D, fostering partnerships to establish design standards for reusable packaging. Earlier career roles involved significant contributions as a Senior Packaging Designer and Industrial Designer at CAR-FRESHNER Corporation, and experience as an intern at Symmons Industries and a teaching assistant at Syracuse University, where Bill earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Industrial Interaction Design.
