Arun Rajasekaran

Arun Rajasekaran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and software engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Information Security at RXO since November 2022, Arun oversees governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. Previously, Arun held the position of Head of AppSec/Security Architecture at XPO Logistics, Inc. and served as a Principal Software Engineer/Information Security at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included evaluating applications for security, risk management, and leading the development of financial products. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Bank of America and a Programmer Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where Arun collaborated with clients such as American Express. Arun holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
