Nick Caragher

Nick Caragher currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Solutions at RXO, where responsibilities include leading the Managed Transportation Sales and Solutions teams focused on delivering best-in-class solutions for clients. Prior to RXO, Nick held various leadership positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Vice President of Sales & Solutions and Vice President of Managed Transportation, contributing to the development of transportation management solutions and overseeing global supply chain operations. Nick's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Director and Program Director at Menlo, where strategic oversight and transportation management were emphasized, along with significant roles in logistics and supply chain management at Penske Logistics and Menlo Worldwide. Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
