Nick Ober

Nick Ober currently serves as the VP of Solutions & Strategy at RXO, where focused leadership includes carrier experience management and digital freight operations since November 2018. Prior to this, Nick Ober held various leadership roles at Republic Services, overseeing significant P&L execution and business development for the Mid-Atlantic area, culminating in over $15 million in new revenue. Nick Ober's earlier experience includes operational pricing management at Waste Management, Inc., complemented by a B.S. in Finance from Butler University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
