Prior to that, Ana worked at MRM//McCann for almost three years, from December 2018 to July 2021. Their role as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst involved performing functional, manual, and regression testing on various web applications through different devices. Ana also created test cases, reported bugs and defects, and managed workflow through the Project Management Tool, Jira. Ana actively participated in Scrum ceremonies.

Before joining MRM//McCann, Ana worked at Cognizant as a Customer Support Analyst from May 2017 to March 2018.

Ana Cañizalez attended Universidad de los Andes (VE) from 2006 to 2011, where they earned their degree in Law. In terms of additional certifications, Ana obtained various course certificates and completed online courses in areas such as Agile Testing, Building Resilience, Communication Foundations, Interpersonal Communication, and Why Trust Matters. Ana also completed courses in Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA and Fundamentos de Pruebas de Software. In addition, Ana acquired knowledge in topics like JIRA Software, Content Marketing, Personal Branding, Community Management, and Introduction to Digital Marketing through various courses from platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Project Management Institute, and Platzi.
