Mitch Forney

Mitch Forney has a diverse background in human resources and training. Mitch is currently the VP of People at RxVantage, where they are responsible for scaling and building the organization. Previously, Mitch worked as the Director of People at SmartBiz Loans, overseeing HR programming and talent acquisition. Mitch also served as the Global Learning & Development Manager - HR at Optimas Solutions. Prior to that, Mitch held various roles at Aramark, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist/Training Manager. Mitch has experience in employee development, onboarding, recruitment, and implementing HR systems. Mitch began their career as a National Trainer & Consultant at S.A.I. and as Supervisor of Training, Development, and Facility Operations - Aquatic Division at Glenview Park District. Mitch also worked as a Lead Facility Trainer at Oswegoland Park District.

Mitch Forney attended Eastern Illinois University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication - Public Relations.
