Michael Osborne

Michael Osborne has an extensive work experience history. Michael is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing at RYAM since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Kraton Corporation from March 2022 to April 2023. Michael also served as the Director of Global Manufacturing and Director of Global Engineering at Kraton Corporation from December 2019 to March 2022 and from October 2015 to December 2019, respectively. Before joining Kraton Corporation, Michael worked for Arizona Chemical as the Senior Plant Manager from February 2012 to October 2015 and as the Operations Manager from June 2011 to January 2012. Michael also served as the Director of Strategic Planning at Georgia-Pacific LLC from October 2007 to June 2011.

Michael Osborne has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering - Pulp & Paper Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Southern Mississippi. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, also from The University of Southern Mississippi. Michael has obtained various certifications including Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education, Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan Executive Education, High Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact from Wharton Executive Education, and Leading for Organizational Impact from the Center for Creative Leadership.
