Madeline C. serves as a Patient Navigator at Ryan Health since November 2021, addressing referrals for concrete services and collaborating with team members to identify patient needs. Previously, Madeline held various roles at the William F. Ryan Women & Children’s Community Health Center, including Patient Account Representative and Patient Services Representative, where responsibilities encompassed managing patient inquiries and coordinating appointments. Madeline contributed to qualitative research as a member of the Community Advisory Board, developing skills in qualitative methods and human subjects protection. Earlier experience includes roles in medical office administration and reception. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Lehman College, with plans to pursue a Master of Social Work at Touro University.
