Tierra Hollaway, Ph.D., LMFT, is a HealthySteps Specialist at Ryan Health since April 2023, specializing in well-child visits and providing consultations on early childhood development and trauma-informed practices. Previously, Tierra served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching courses on human development and research methods, and worked as a Research Scientist applying the Multiphase Optimization Strategy in intervention studies. With a background in mental health counseling, Tierra has provided culturally sensitive services at NYC Health + Hospitals, developed family treatment plans as a Therapist with the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, and coordinated care in various roles.
